WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY?

STANDARD FORMAT

Processing Time: 5-7 Business Days

Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days 

LARGE FORMAT

Processing Time: 4 -5 Business Days

Shipping Time: 3- 5 Business Days

**These times will be clarified during your project call** 

Rushed orders are delivered within 1-2 days of design approval. 

DO YOU OFFER ORDER PICK UP?

Not at this time. All orders will be shipped directly to you. Please order at least 1 week in advance of the date that you need your order in order to ensure your items are delivered on time. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 Paypal, Invocing and Credit/Debit Cards

WHEN DO YOU START WORKING ON MY ORDER?

Production for your order starts once payment of your invoice is received. Your invoice is generated after your project call. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As we offer a free project call upon receiving your booking form to ensure we have all the accurate details for your order, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.

If you are requesting custom design services, proofs are sent before production. Once you approve the design, no exchanges, returns or refunds are given. 

Revisions of any custom design services incur a revision fee of $25 after the second revision. 

WHAT DOES “PRINT READY” MEAN?

All graphics must be print ready when you place your order. This means that it is an original file (Not a screenshot from google, etsy, etc.) you must own the rights to use the image. Please make sure your logo is in .jpg or .png format. Thank you so much!
