WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY?

STANDARD FORMAT

Processing Time: 5-7 Business Days

Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days

Processing Time: 4 -5 Business Days

Shipping Time: 3- 5 Business Days

DO YOU OFFER ORDER PICK UP?

Yes, pick up is available at Collab Raleigh. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Same processing times apply. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Sezzle, Paypal, Square, and Credit/Debit Cards

WHEN DO YOU START WORKING ON MY ORDER?

Production for your order starts once payment of your invoice is received. Your invoice is generated after your project call. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As we offer a free project call upon receiving your booking form to ensure we have all the accurate details for your order, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds.

If you are requesting custom design services, proofs are sent prior to production. Once you approve the design, no exchanges, returns or refunds are given. 

​

Revisions of any custom design services incur a revision fee of $25 for the first revision and $35 for the final revision. 

WHAT DOES “PRINT READY” MEAN?

All graphics must be print ready when you place your order. This means that it is an original file (Not a screenshot from google, etsy, etc.) you must own the rights to use the image. Please make sure your logo is in .jpg or .png format. Thank you so much!
